.GUSTY SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT...AS LOW PRESSURE
DEVELOPS IN THE HIGH PLAINS. THE LOW WILL TRACK NORTHEAST INTO
WISCONSIN ON TUESDAY...AND INTO SOUTHERN CANADA TUESDAY NIGHT...AS
IT STRENGTHENS. THIS WILL RESULT IN A PROLONGED PERIOD OF GUSTY
WINDS OVER LAKE MICHIGAN...ALONG WITH GALE GUSTS TUESDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING.

GALE WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM TUESDAY TO MIDNIGHT
CST TUESDAY NIGHT. THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT
UNTIL 3 PM CST TUESDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS INTO
  TUESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME WESTERLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON
  INTO THE EVENING...WITH GALE GUSTS OF 35 KNOTS. WINDS WILL
  SLOWLY EASE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 4 TO 7 FEET IN ICE FREE AREAS. WAVES WILL
  SLOWLY SUBSIDE LATE TUESDAY NIGHT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
