.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE MOVING AWAY TO
THE SOUTHEAST AND A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE APPROACHING FROM THE
DAKOTAS WILL PRODUCE GUSTY SOUTH WINDS BY LATE MORNING...
CONTINUING INTO THE EARLY EVENING. ICE COVER WILL LIMIT WAVES
FROM BUILDING WITH THE GUSTY SOUTH WINDS.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING
TO 9 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* WINDS: SOUTH 5 TO 10 KNOTS...RISING TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH A FEW
  GUSTS NEAR 30 KNOTS LATE IN THE MORNING...THEN EASING TO 5 TO 10
  KNOTS BY MID-EVENING.

* WAVES: NEAR CALM DUE TO ICE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
