.LOW PRESSURE EXITING THE COLORADO HIGH PLAINS WILL REACH THE
IOWA/MINNESOTA AREA EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING AS THE LOW BEGINS TO
RAPIDLY INTENSIFY. THE UNUSUALLY STRONG LOW FOR THIS TIME OF THE
SEASON WILL CONTINUE TO INTENSIFY OVER WISCONSIN THROUGH
WEDNESDAY BEFORE MOVING INTO THE LAKE HURON AREA WEDNESDAY
EVENING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM WEDNESDAY TO
NOON CDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH LATE TONIGHT
  WINDS BECOMING WEST LATER WEDNESDAY AND NORTHWEST WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT WITH GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS.

* WAVES: INCREASING TO 3 TO 5 FEET LATE TONIGHT AND 4 TO 7 FEET
  WEDNESDAY.

* VISIBILITY: LESS THAN 1 MILE UNTIL WINDS PICK UP LATE IN THE
  OVERNIGHT.
