.BRISK AND GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING AS LOW
PRESSURE INTENSIFIES ACROSS THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES AND SOUTHEAST
CANADA. THE BRISK WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. THE
OFFSHORE WINDS WILL KEEP WAVES ON THE LOWER END... WITH ANY HIGHER
WAVES TOWARD OPEN WATERS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
