.LOW PRESSURE WILL DEEPEN AS IT TRACKS SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST
ACROSS WISCONSIN THIS MORNING. THE LOW WILL DRAG A COLD FRONT
THROUGH SOUTHERN WISCONSIN LATER THIS MORNING. LOOK FOR GUSTY WEST
WINDS IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD FRONT THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS
EVENING.

  MID-AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING. GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS ARE
  POSSIBLE DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: 1 TO 2 FEET EARLY THIS MORNING...BUILDING TO 2 TO 4
  FEET THIS AFTERNOON. HIGHEST WAVES TOWARD THE OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
