PRESSURE...

.LOW PRESSURE WILL APPROACH ON SUNDAY AND THIS WILL LEAD TO A
TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT. AS A RESULT SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE
EXPECTED TO RAMP UP BY MID MORNING. WHILE THE WINDS ARE LIKELY TO
BE MOSTLY IN THE 15 TO 25 KNOT RANGE SOME GUSTS MAY REACH 30 KNOTS
DURING THE AFTERNOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
