  APPROACH GALES MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.

* WAVES: 1 TO 3 FEET MONDAY AFTERNOON BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET
  MONDAY NIGHT. WAVES WILL THEN SUBSIDE TO 2 TO 4 FEET BY
  TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
