THURSDAY...AS LOW PRESSURE PASSES BY JUST SOUTH OF WISCONSIN. THE
TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT WITH THE LOW WILL CONTINUE TO BRING THESE
GUSTY WINDS...BEFORE WEAKENING THURSDAY AFTERNOON. HIGH WAVES OF
4 TO 6 FEET ARE EXPECTED AT TIMES TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
