THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY.

* WINDS: WEST 5 TO 10 KNOTS SHIFTING NORTHWEST AND INCREASING TO
  15 TO 25 KNOTS EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: WAVES 2 TO 4 FEET WITH THE HIGHER WAVES TOWARD OPEN
  WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
