AFTERNOON. THE HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE FOUND OUT TOWARD OPEN WATER
DUE TO THE OFF SHORE COMPONENT TO THE WIND. LOOK FOR WINDS AND
WAVES TO SUBSIDE BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
