...NORTHERLY WINDS BUILDING HIGH WAVES ON THURSDAY...

.BREEZY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BUILD HIGH WAVES ON
THURSDAY. THE HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE FROM LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH
THE EVENING HOURS. THE WAVES ARE ALSO EXPECTED TO BE HIGHEST FOR
AREAS SOUTH OF PORT WASHINGTON DUE TO THE NORTHERLY WIND
DIRECTION.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MILWAUKEE/SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON THURSDAY TO
7 AM CDT FRIDAY.

* WINDS: NORTH TO NORTHEAST WIND 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 25
  KNOTS THURSDAY AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL VEER EAST AND EASE THURSDAY
  EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND 4 TO 6
  FEET THURSDAY EVENING. WAVES WILL SUBSIDE TO 2 TO 4 FEET BY
  FRIDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
