...SOUTHERLY GALES EXPECTED TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT...

.HIGH WINDS AND WAVES WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND LAST INTO MONDAY
NIGHT. STRONG LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE EASTERN DAKOTAS
TONIGHT. A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN EARLY MONDAY NIGHT. THE GALE FORCE WINDS WILL DIMINISH
BEHIND THE FRONTAL PASSAGE LATE MONDAY NIGHT. HOWEVER...SOUTHWEST
WINDS WILL STILL BE GUSTY INTO TUESDAY WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
LEVELS POSSIBLE.

  TO 40 KNOTS LATE TONIGHT AND INTO MONDAY EVENING. WINDS WILL
  SHIFT TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KNOTS BY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* WAVES: WAVES BUILDING TO 7 TO 10 FEET LATE TONIGHT AND MONDAY
  MORNING...THEN SUBSIDING TO 3 TO 6 FEET LATE MONDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
