URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...STRONG WINDS THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

.WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN LATER THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON AS WINDS
SHIFT TO THE WEST AND INCREASE BACK TO ADVISORY LEVELS AS LOW
PRESSURE MOVES OFF TO THE NORTHEAST INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES AND
MERGES WITH A STRONGER LOW OVER EASTERN LAKE SUPERIOR EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON. THE TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT AROUND THE DEPARTING LOW
WILL KEEP THE WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS GUSTY UNTIL THIS EVENING.

  WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* WAVES: 3 TO 5 FEET SUBSIDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
