* WAVES: BUILDING TO 5 TO 8 FEET TONIGHT...WITH THE HIGHEST WAVES
  NORTH OF MILWAUKEE. WAVES WILL SUBSIDE THROUGH THE DAY
  THURSDAY...FALLING BELOW 4 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
