...BRISK NORTHEAST WINDS AND HIGH WAVES TO CONTINUE...

.BRISK NORTHEAST WINDS WILL PERSIST INTO THIS EVENING WITH THE
RESULTANT HIGH WAVES LINGERING INTO TONIGHT. THIS IS DUE TO A
STALLED LOW PRESSURE AREA OVER THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY THAT WILL
MOVE BACK NORTH INTO THE GREAT LAKES AREA. THE BRISK WINDS AND
HIGH WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE LATER TONIGHT.

* WAVES: WAVES 3 TO 6 FEET INTO TONIGHT...THEN GRADUALLY
  SUBSIDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. .

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
