.SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN THIS MORNING AS THE SURFACE
PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS BETWEEN AN APPROACHING TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE...AND SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVING OFF TO THE SOUTHEAST.
WAVE HEIGHTS WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO WIDESPREAD ICE ON THE LAKE.

AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
