* WINDS: NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 KNOTS BECOMING EAST 10 TO 15 KNOTS
  AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* WAVES: 5 TO 7 FEET SUBSIDING TO 3 TO 4 FEET EARLY SUNDAY
MORNING.

* VISIBILITY: ONE MILE OR LESS AT TIMES THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
