URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...Increasing Winds and Waves Expected Thursday afternoon and
Night...

.A tightening pressure gradient between departing high pressure
and developing Plains low pressure will cause increasing east to
northeast winds Thursday afternoon and night. Wave heights will
build to over 4 feet in some areas by late Thursday afternoon, and
as high as 7 feet Thursday night. Wind gusts to 25 knots are
expected Thursday night as well.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THURSDAY TO 8 AM CST
FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a
Small Craft Advisory...which is in effect from 3 PM Thursday to
8 AM CST Friday.

* WINDS: Northwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming east to northeast
  overnight and increasing to 15 to 25 knots late Thursday and
  Thursday night. A few gusts to 30 knots are possible.

* WAVES: 1 to 2 feet tonight building to 3 to 5 feet Thursday
  afternoon and 4 to 7 feet Thursday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
