.APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE WILL RESULT IN BREEZY SOUTH WINDS AND
HIGH WAVES NORTH OF PORT WASHINGTON THIS MORNING. THE WINDS WILL
GRADUALLY VEER TO SOUTHWEST AND WEAKEN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WITH
A RESULTANT LOWERING IN WAVE HEIGHTS.

* WINDS: SOUTH 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 25 KNOTS THIS
  MORNING. THE WINDS WILL VEER SOUTHWEST AND GRADUALLY WEAKEN
  THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: 3 TO 5 FEET THIS MORNING BECOMING 2 TO 4 FEET FOR THE
  AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
