TONIGHT. GUSTY WEST WINDS WILL PERSIST BUT DIMINISH A LITTLE LATER
IN THE NIGHT. THE HIGHER WAVES WILL BE FOUND CLOSER TO THE OPEN
WATERS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
