PRESSURE. GUSTY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED MID MORNING INTO THE
EVENING...WITH WINDS SLOWLY EASING LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
WAVES WILL BUILD THROUGH THE DAY WEDNESDAY...EVENTUALLY SUBSIDING

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 5 TO 8 FEET BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...THE
  HIGHEST WAVES NORTH OF MILWAUKEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
