...Strong Winds Developing Today and Continuing Through
Thursday...

Breezy southwest winds will develop this afternoon and continue
into Thursday. Wind gusts up to 33 knots are expected with a few
Gale Force gusts.

Offshore winds and ice cover will result in lower wave heights
today and tonight. The brisk offshore winds will likely cause the
ice to breakup for Thursday, resulting in potentially higher
waves.
