A PASSING COLD FRONT AND REMAIN GUSTY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
THE ICE OVER THE NEARSHORE WATERS HAS DIMINISHED SO EXPECT LARGE
WAVES WITH THE BRISK WINDS AS WELL.

AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
