Brisk southwest to west winds will continue Today. The brisk
offshore winds will likely cause the ice to breakup, resulting in
potentially higher waves.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WINDS: Southwest 15 to 25 knots. A few gusts to 30 knots are
  possible.

* WAVES: 2 to 3 feet in ice free areas. Highest waves towards the
  open water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
