...GUSTY SOUTH WINDS TODAY AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT...

.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL DEVELOP AHEAD OF LOW PRESSURE AND
AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT. THIS WILL RESULT IN GUSTY SOUTH WINDS
BY MIDDAY. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL BUILD HIGH WAVES. THESE GUSTY
WINDS WILL LAST INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS...WITH THE WAVES
TAKING A BIT LONGER TO SUBSIDE. WINDS WILL BECOME NORTH BEHIND THE
COLD FRONT LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING.

* WAVES: 3 TO 5 FEET TOWARD SHEBOYGAN AND 2 TO 4 FEET FROM
  MILWAUKEE SOUTH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
