* WINDS: NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS SUNDAY MORNING TURNING
  DUE NORTH BY LATE MORNING OR EARLY AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND
  PERSISTING FOR MUCH OF SUNDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
