.NORTH WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THIS MORNING...AS HIGH
PRESSURE CENTERED OVER THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MOVES OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON. THE DIMINISHING WINDS WILL CAUSE THE
WAVES TO SUBSIDE BELOW SMALL CRAFT LEVELS AROUND NOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
