.LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TO THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES BY EVENING. BRISK SOUTH WINDS WILL PREVAIL
TODAY WITH A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE TURNING THE WINDS TO THE WEST
AND NORTHWEST TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. WAVE HEIGHTS WITH THE GUSTY
WINDS WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO WIDESPREAD ICE.

AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
