...GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS AND HIGH WAVES WEDNESDAY...

.SOUTHERLY SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE WEDNESDAY AHEAD
OF APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE. GUSTY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED MID
MORNING INTO THE EVENING...WITH WINDS SLOWLY EASING LATE EVENING
AND OVERNIGHT. THERE COULD BE A FEW GUSTS TO NEAR GALE LEVELS IN
THE AFTERNOON. WAVES WILL BUILD THROUGH THE DAY
WEDNESDAY...EVENTUALLY SUBSIDING LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT AS
WINDS EASE.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM WEDNESDAY TO
7 AM CDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO AROUND
  30 KNOTS. A FEW GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 5 TO 8 FEET BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...THE
  HIGHEST WAVES NORTH OF MILWAUKEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
