AS LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES ON SUNDAY SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE AND
TURN SOUTHEAST. AT THIS TIME WINDS AND WAVES WILL COME UP JUST
SHORT OF SMALL CRAFT CRITERIA BUT IT WILL BE A CLOSE CALL. AS THE
LOW STRENGTHENS AND HEADS NORTH OF THE AREA MONDAY...WESTERLY GALE
FORCE WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE. WITH THE OFFSHORE COMPONENT THE
HIGHEST WAVES WILL BUILD UP TOWARDS THE OPEN WATERS.

MONDAY EVENING.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST 10 TO 15 KNOTS. 3 TO 5 FEET SUBSIDE TO 2 TO 4
  FEET THIS EVENING. WEST GALES TO 35 KNOTS POSSIBLE MONDAY INTO
  EVENING.

* WAVES: 3 TO 5 FEET...SUBSIDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET TONIGHT. WAVES
  REBUILD TO 3 TO 6 FEET MONDAY WITH HIGHEST WAVES TOWARDS OPEN
  WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
