* WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS
  AFTER SUNRISE AND CONTINUING INTO THE EVENING. GUSTS 25 TO 30
  KNOTS.

 * WAVES: 1 TO 2 FEET EARLY...THEN BUILDING TO 3 TO 6 FEET WITH
   THE HIGHEST WAVES NORTH OF PORT WASHINGTON.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
