...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL EXIT THE LAKE MICHIGAN AREA THIS
MORNING WITH SOUTH WINDS DEVELOPING AND INCREASING THIS AFTERNOON
AHEAD OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS.

THE BRISK SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL PERSIST AS THE LOW PRESSURE
STRENGTHENS AND APPROACHES THE GREAT LAKES THIS WEEKEND.

  AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY. WIND GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS TONIGHT.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET BY EVENING AND 3 TO 6 FEET
  TONIGHT AND SATURDAY. WAVES 3 TO 5 FEET SATURDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
