CANADA. THE BRISK WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING.
THE OFFSHORE WINDS WILL KEEP WAVES ON THE LOWER END NEAR SHORE...
WITH ANY HIGHER WAVES TOWARD OPEN WATERS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
