URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...Brisk Northerly Winds and High Waves...

Gusty northwest winds will veer to the north today and last into
Saturday. Wind gusts to around 30 knots are expected, however a
few gusts may reach Gale Force. These winds will cause high waves
and freezing spray.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST
SATURDAY...

* WINDS: North 20 to 25 knots with a few gale force gusts
  possible.

* WAVES: 5 to 9 feet with the highest waves south of North Point
  Lighthouse.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Freezing spray will accompany the gusty
  winds and high waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
