* WINDS: SOUTH 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS TONIGHT
  INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH A BIT LATER
  WEDNESDAY MORNING...BUT THEN VEER TO THE NORTHWEST AND INCREASE
  AGAIN TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: 3 TO 7 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
