...PERSISTENT NORTH WINDS INTO THIS EVENING...

.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT ASSOCIATED WITH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE
EASTERN GREAT LAKES AND HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH WILL RESULT IN
BRISK NORTH WINDS TODAY INTO THIS EVENING. THIS WILL RESULT IN
ELEVATED WAVES OF 3 TO 5 FEET.

WINDS WILL DECREASE THIS EVENING...BUT WITH THE NORTHERLY
FETCH...WAVES WILL BE SLOWER TO SUBSIDE UNTIL LATER TONIGHT.

  DECREASE TO 10 TO 15 KNOTS BY THIS EVENING..AND 5 TO 10 KNOTS
  OVERNIGHT.

* WAVES: 3 TO 5 FEET...DIMINISHING TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
