.BRISK AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING AS
COLDER AIR SWEEPS ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. HIGH WAVES WILL PREVAIL
OVER THE OPEN WATER. THESE GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS AND HIGHER WAVES
WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE LATER THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON.

  THIS AFTERNOON.

* WAVES: 2 TO 4 FEET BUT HIGHER TOWARD OPEN WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
