THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO
THURSDAY...WITH WINDS AND WAVES AGAIN REACHING SMALL CRAFT
CRITERIA. THE LOW WILL WEAKEN AS IT MOVES ACROSS ILLINOIS INTO THE
UPPER OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY.

AFTERNOON TO 3 PM CDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS: EAST TO NORTHEAST INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS.

* WAVES: 3 TO 4 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET THIS AFTERNOON AND 3 TO
  6 FEET TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
