APPROACHES...STRONG EAST WIND GUSTS WILL REACH GALE FORCE. AS THE
LOW MOVES OFF...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED LATE TUESDAY
NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL BE NEEDED FOR
THIS PERIOD...AFTER THE GALE WARNING EXPIRES.
