URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...STRONG AND SHIFTING WINDS TODAY INTO TONIGHT...

.A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKING ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN
THIS MORNING WILL BRING BRISK NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS AHEAD OF IT
EARLY THIS MORNING. THEY WILL GENERATE LARGE WAVES. THE WINDS
WILL DIMINISH BY MID TO LATE MORNING AS THE LOW PASSES OVER THE
NEARSHORE WATERS. THEN LOOK FOR THE WINDS TO SHIFT TO THE WEST IN
THE WAKE OF THE LOW, THEN INCREASE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THE
WINDS AND WAVES WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH LATER TONIGHT AS HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
