...Increasing Winds and Waves Expected Tonight...

.A tightening pressure gradient ahead of developing plains low
pressure will result in increasing south winds later today and
tonight. These gusty south winds will likely continue into
Thursday before turning to the northwest. The winds will cause
waves to build in ice free areas. The highest winds and waves are
expected north of Port Washington to Sheboygan.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
TO 6 AM CST THURSDAY...

* WINDS: South increasing to 15 to 25 knots tonight and
  Wednesday.

* WAVES: 1 to 3 feet in ice free areas today, building to 3 to 6
  feet tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
