* WINDS: SOUTHWEST AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KNOTS.
  WINDS WILL VEER TO THE NORTHWEST THEN NORTH LATER THIS
  AFTERNOON. THEN A PERSISTENT NORTHEAST WIND OF 15 TO 25 KNOTS
  INTO SATURDAY MORNING.

* WAVES: BRIEFLY SUBSIDING TO 2 TO 3 FEET, THEN INCREASING TO 3
  TO 5 FEET TOWARD EVENING. WAVES 4 TO 6 FEET TONIGHT THROUGH
  EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
