URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...GUSTY WINDS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TODAY...

.STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE OVER WISCONSIN TODAY WILL RESULT IN
GUSTY SOUTH WINDS DEVELOPING OVER THE NEAR SHORE WATERS. THESE
SOUTH WINDS WILL TURN TO THE WEST AFTER A COLD FRONT PASSES
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

WAVES WILL BE HIGHEST THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING UNTIL THE
WINDS BECOME MORE OFFSHORE.  WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL REMAIN
GUSTY THROUGH TONIGHT.

HENCE A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH TONIGHT.

  AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BECOME WESTERLY BY THIS EVENING...THEN
  NORTHWEST BY SUNDAY MORNING.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET TODAY...EASING TO 1 TO 3 FEET
  TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
