.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT EXISTS BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS...AND LOW PRESSURE WELL TO THE NORTHEAST OF THE
REGION. THIS WILL MAINTAIN BREEZY WEST NORTHWEST WINDS. ANY HIGH
WAVES WILL REMAIN OVER THE OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN. WINDS
WILL EASE LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING.

AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
