APPROACHES FROM THE SOUTHWEST. WINDS WILL TURN NORTHEAST AND THEN
NORTH SUNDAY AS THE LOW PASSES TO THE SOUTH...AND LOWER SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL BUILD HIGH WAVES THAT WILL LINGER
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON SUNDAY NORTH OF MILWAUKEE...AND INTO SUNDAY
