Brisk northerly winds will develop tonight and last into Saturday.
This will result in high wave heights and freezing spray through
the period.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST
SATURDAY...

* WINDS: North 20 to 25 knots with a few gale force gusts
  possible.

* WAVES: 5 to 9 feet with the highest waves south of North Point
  Lighthouse.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Freezing spray is expected late tonight
  through Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
