A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS FROM
ROCKFORD SOUTH TO DEKALB. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTH AT
30 MPH AND WILL BEGIN TO AFFECT THE BELOIT...CLINTON AND
JANESVILLE AREAS BETWEEN 9 PM CDT AND 930 PM CDT. WIND GUSTS TO 40
MPH AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE
THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.

SMALL HAIL IS ALSO POSSIBLE.
