the night. Patchy freezing fog early in the morning. periods of
showers and isolated thunderstorms late in the evening. Numerous
rain and snow showers likely after midnight, then chance of snow
showers early in the morning. Waves 4 to 6 feet building to 6 to
8 feet early in the morning.
.TUESDAY...North wind 15 to 25 knots backing northwest in the
afternoon. Gusts up to 30 knots. Chance of snow in the morning.
Waves 6 to 8 feet subsiding to 5 to 7 feet in the afternoon.
