...Service Change Notice for New Flood Forecast Service...

Beginning January 10, 2018...the National Weather Service-
Milwaukee/Sullivan Forecast Office and the North Central River
Forecast Center-Chanhassen, MN will begin providing river
forecast and flood warning services for the Fox River in
Princeton, WI in Green Lake County. Princeton will join 27 other
river points in southern Wisconsin that have flood forecast

Flood Warnings will be issued when the river levels reach or are
expected to reach flood stage or higher. Flood Stage for the U.S.
Geological Survey gauging station in Princeton is designated as
9.5 feet.

River forecast and flood warning information is available from
the NOAA National Weather Service Advanced Hydrologic Prediction
Service (AHPS) by selecting the Rivers and Lakes link on the NWS
Milwaukee/Sullivan web site at:

River flood information is also broadcast on NOAA Weather Radio.
