...PATCHY DENSE FOG THROUGH MID-MORNING...

LIGHT WINDS AND MOIST AIR HAVE ALLOWED PATCHY DENSE FOG TO
DEVELOP EARLY THIS MORNING IN THE MONROE...DARLINGTON AND MINERAL
POINT AREAS. THE DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO ONE
QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

INCREASING NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CAUSE THE DENSE FOG TO THIN THIS
MORNING...AFTER 8 AM CDT. UNTIL THEN...SLOW DOWN IF YOU ENCOUNTER
ONE OF THESE DENSE FOG BANKS...USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND
LEAVE ADDITIONAL DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE
AHEAD.
