...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT EASTERN LAFAYETTE AND
GREEN COUNTIES...

At 707 PM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Blanchardville to 8 miles north of
Nora to Warren. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Monroe, Brodhead, New Glarus, Brooklyn, Monticello, Albany, Argyle,
Blanchardville, Somers, Wiota, Dayton, South Wayne, Browntown,
Gratiot, Juda, Jordan Center and Woodford.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
south central Wisconsin.
