...BURST OF MIXED PRECIPITATION EXPECTED SUNDAY MORNING...

WARMER...MOIST AIR SURGING INTO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN LATE TONIGHT
AND SUNDAY IS EXPECTED TO CAUSE A PERIOD OF MIXED PRECIPITATION
SUNDAY MORNING.

A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SLEET WILL SPREAD INTO SOUTH CENTRAL
WISCONSIN INCLUDING MADISON...PORTAGE AND THE WISCONSIN DELLS
BETWEEN 7 AM AND 9 AM CDT SUNDAY MORNING. SURFACE TEMPERATURES AT
THAT TIME WILL BE RIGHT AROUND FREEZING...SO THERE IS ALSO A
POTENTIAL FOR A ONE TO TWO HOUR PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN.

THE MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY EAST AND START TO AFFECT
SOUTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN INCLUDING FOND DU LAC...
MILWAUKEE...KENOSHA AND WEST BEND BETWEEN 9 AM AND 11 AM CDT. A
MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SLEET IS EXPECTED OVER THIS AREA WITH A CHANCE
FOR SNOW. SURFACE TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY ABOVE
FREEZING...REDUCING THE THREAT FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN.

THE MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST BETWEEN 11 AM
AND 2 PM CDT.

THIS BURST OF MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL CAUSE A PERIOD OF REDUCED
VISIBILITY SUNDAY MORNING AS WELL AS POSSIBLY SLUSHY...SLIPPERY
TRAVEL.

IN ADDITION...STRONG SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED ON SUNDAY. WIND
GUSTS WILL LIKELY REACH 35 TO 40 MPH...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20
TO 30 MPH. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTATED
ROADWAYS WILL BE BUFFETED BY THESE STRONG WINDS. SECURE ANY LOOSE
ITEMS LEFT OUTSIDE AS WELL.
