...Wintry Mix Likely to Cause Slippery Roads Overnight...

.A wintry mix of rain, sleet and snow will affect portions of
south central Wisconsin overnight. With temperatures near or
slightly below freezing, snow and possibly some light freezing
rain may cause hazardous travel on untreated roadways overnight
into early Friday.

Sleet and snowfall of up to 1 inch is possible with light icing
accumulations less than one tenth inch.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a
Winter Weather Advisory for a wintry mix of precipitation...which
is in effect until 9 AM CDT Friday.

* TIMING...Periods of snow, sleet and rain overnight into early
  Friday.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...Up to one inch.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...Less than one tenth inch.

* WINDS...Southeast 5 to 10 increasing to 10 to 20 mph.

* IMPACTS...Slippery travel from snow and light icing late tonight
  into Friday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow...sleet...or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.
