SOUTHEAST TAKING THE ACCUMULATING SNOW SOUTH OF WISCONSIN LATER
THIS MORNING. MEANWHILE HIGH PRESSURE NORTH OF THE GREAT LAKES WAS
KEEPING A FLOW OF DRY AIR KEEPING THE SNOW AT BAY NORTH TOWARDS
FOND DU LAC...SHEBOYGAN AND PORT WASHINGTON.
