WILL BRING ANOTHER BLAST OF ARCTIC AIR TO THE UPPER MIDWEST ALONG
WITH BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS SUNDAY INTO MONDAY MORNING.

THE COLD HIGH WILL REACH THE MID MISSISSIPPI AND OHIO RIVER
VALLEYS BY MONDAY...WITH LOW PRESSURE TRACKING ACROSS CANADA.
SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL LEAD TO A BRIEF MODERATION IN TEMPERATURES
ON TUESDAY. MORE VERY COLD AIR WILL THEN REACH WISCONSIN TUESDAY
NIGHT THROUGH THE END OF THE WORK WEEK AS ANOTHER COLD HIGH MOVES
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION.
