WISCONSIN WEATHER SUMMARY

.YESTERDAY...
It was a sunny and abnormally mild February day in Wisconsin on
Friday. A record high temperature of 64 was set in Milwaukee and the
record high temperature of 52 for this date was tied in Green Bay.

High temperatures Friday ranged from 42 at Sturgeon Bay and
Manitowoc, near the cold waters of Lake Michigan, to 65 at Boscobel
and Kenosha.  Temperatures even reached the 50s in the snow covered
areas of northern Wisconsin. These temperatures are 25 to 30 degrees
above normal for the middle of February.

Winds were southerly 5 to 15 miles an hour.

.OVERNIGHT...
Friday evening skies were mostly clear across the state.



.FORECAST...
Mostly clear skies and record warm temps through the rest of the
afternoon...lows dropping into the 30s. Warm and mostly sunny
skies will be found again Sunday...highs in the upper 50s to lower
60s across the region. Next rain chances will not occur until
Monday evening.
