WISCONSIN WEATHER SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MILWAUKEE/SULLIVAN WI
1149 AM CST Fri Dec 9 2016

.FORECAST...

Scattered flurries will come to an end across Wisconsin this
afternoon as weak high pressure edges closer. Temperatures will
remain cold despite any sunshine, with highs only in the mid teens
to the mid 20s.

A quiet and cold night lies ahead with temperatures dipping down
into the single digits across the north to the low teens in the
southeast.

A prolonged period of accumulating snow is expected across parts
of the state beginning Saturday afternoon and continuing into
Sunday evening. Total snowfall across southern Wisconsin could
get close to 10 inches. Hence Winter Storm Watches and Winter
Weather Advisories have been posted for southern and much of
central Wisconsin. All weekend travelers will want to monitor the
latest forecast concerning this potential winter storm.
