ELEVATIONS ABOVE 1500 FEET...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory for elevations above 1500 feet, north
  winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Frost
  Advisory, temperatures as low as 36 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Northern Lake.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 11 AM PDT Wednesday. For the
  Frost Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind gusts will be particularly strong along exposed
  ridges. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
