THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST
MISSISSIPPI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

TO NORTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF THE AREA...MAINLY TONIGHT. A MARGINAL RISK
OF SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA. DAMAGING

AND EARLY TUESDAY COULD LEAD TO AN INCREASED POTENTIAL OF RUNOFF AND
LOCALIZED FLOODING. HOWEVER...AT THIS TIME TOTAL RAINFALL ACROSS THE
REGION TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY WILL LIKELY ONLY BE 1.00-1.25 INCHES
DUE TO RELATIVE FAST MOVEMENT EAST ACROSS THE AREA.

GULF BEACHES OF ALABAMA AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA.

THERE IS A HIGH SURF ADVISORY THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT FOR THE
GULF BEACHES OF ALABAMA AND NORTHWEST FLORIDA. WAVES AND SURF 4 TO 6
FEET THIS AFTERNOON...POSSIBLY BUILDING TO 5 TO 7 FEET TONIGHT. THIS
ROUGH SURF COULD CAUSE MINOR EROSION AND WAVE RUNUP ALONG SOME OF THE
MORE VULNERABLE BEACH AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

THE CHANCE OF RAIN WILL DECREASE INTO EARLY TUEDAY...THEN INCREASE
AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT THOUGH WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER UPPER SYSTEM PASSES
OVER THE AREA. A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER IS POSSIBLE GENERALLY
WEST OF I-65 LATE TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY WITH A MARGINAL RISK
FURTHER EAST. DAMAGING WINDS AGAIN THE PRIMARY THREAT.

A MODERATE TO HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO
THURSDAY WITH AND JUST BEHIND A FRONTAL PASSAGE.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

ACTIVATION OF SKYWARN SEVERE STORM SPOTTER NETWORKS IS NOT
EXPECTED THROUGH SUNDAY.
