AREA...MAINLY THIS MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST
STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG TO LOCALLY
DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS... FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL.
