WIDESPREAD RAIN WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION LATE THIS EVENING AND
TONIGHT WITH RAIN REMAINING LIKELY THROUGH FRIDAY. RAIN TOTALS OF 1
TO 2 INCHES ARE CURRENTLY FORECAST...WITH THE HIGHEST TOTALS
OCCURRING CLOSER TO THE COAST. ISOLATED HIGHER TOTALS ARE POSSIBLE.
SIGNIFICANT FLOODING ISSUES ARE NOT EXPECTED...BUT THERE COULD BE
MINOR FLOODING ISSUES IN URBAN AREAS.

AS THE LOW MOVES EAST OF THE AREA FRIDAY AFTERNOON...STRONG NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL DEVELOP AND CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN EARLY NEXT WEEK IN THE WAKE OF A COLD
FRONT.
