The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Butler County in south central Alabama...
  Crenshaw County in south central Alabama...
  Northern Covington County in south central Alabama...

* Until 545 PM CDT

* At 250 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated clusters of thunderstorms
  producing heavy rainfall spreading northward into Butler and
  Crenshaw Counties from northern Covington County. Rainfall
  estimates from Doppler radars show hourly rainfall amounts between
  1.5 and 2 inches may occur in association with these
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Greenville, Luverne, Georgiana, Brantley, McKenzie, Rutledge,
  Dozier, Gantt and Glenwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
