.DISCUSSION...
As a kona low north of the Hawaiian Islands gradually moves northward,
a surface trough will move towards French Frigate Shoals, reaching the area
by Tuesday. This will increase shower and thunderstorm chances for the middle
part of the week. Initially light and variable winds will become southeasterly
from Tuesday onward.
