FLOW FORECAST. GENERALLY GOOD DAYTIME DISPERSION IS EXPECTED TODAY
AND FAIR TO GENERALLY GOOD FOR THURSDAY. DAILY STORMS COULD BE
STRONG AT TIMES. MAIN STORM HAZARDS TO AGENCIES CONDUCTING CONTROL
BURN ACTIVITIES WILL BE BRIEF...STRONG AND ERRATIC WIND GUSTS AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING ACTIVITY.
