AT 1003 AM CDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR EAST PASS AT DESTIN TO 6 NM SOUTH OF ORANGE
BEACH...MOVING NORTH AT 10 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
MARY ESTHER...         MID BAY BRIDGE...      FORT WALTON BEACH...
PENSACOLA BAY...       DESTIN...              SHALIMAR...
FORT PICKENS...        BIG LAGOON...          PERDIDO BAY...
PENSACOLA BEACH...

THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM THESE STORMS ARE WIND GUSTS UP TO 30
KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD
CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THESE STORMS HAVE PASSED.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.  IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE AND KEEP AWAY FROM METAL
