DESTIN TO PENSACOLA FL OUT 20 NM...UNTIL 700 AM CDT...

AT 603 AM CDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR MARY
ESTHER...MOVING NORTH AT 15 KNOTS. THESE STORMS EXTENDED SOUTH OUT
OVER THE GULF ABOUT 20 NAUTICAL MILES.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
FORT WALTON LIBERTY SHIP REEF...              OKALOOSA PIER...

THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM THESE STORMS ARE WIND GUSTS UP TO 30
KNOTS... LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD
CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.  IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE AND KEEP AWAY FROM METAL
OBJECTS.

WEATHER CONDITIONS SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATERSPOUTS.
WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS
